FOCUS AREA: Friends of Rescued Animals (F.O.R.A.) has been given notice on the land that we lease and will be homeless by Christmas 2009. We need to purchase our own land and need to raise R3.5 million rand to enable us to continue to provide a home for the 600 dogs and 200 cats in our care. We also provide a service to the local folk living in the informal settlement for their pets. WE NEED: To raise money to purchase our own property by December 2009. Food donations for cats and dogs are also always on our list.
